




Job Summary: We are seeking an AGILE COACH to lead the evolution of individuals and teams, identify frameworks, deliver training, detect issues, and promote agile transformation within a telecommunications company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop evolution plans for individuals and teams. 2. Train specialized roles in agile transformation. 3. Learn more about our AGILE COACH opportunity: * Develop evolution plans for individuals and teams (primarily workshops and methodological and technical courses, as applicable) * Identify the most suitable frameworks (sets of practices and tools) to support projects * Create necessary training materials for individuals under their responsibility * Identify issues affecting individuals, teams, and/or the organization to drive resolution actions * Intensively train specialized roles in the transformation (e.g., product owners, scrum masters, chapter leaders, etc.) * Continuously measure and provide feedback on teams and individuals under their supervision to identify improvement opportunities * Collaborate within the Agile Office to execute the agile transformation plan * Provide required resources to comply with the corporate crime prevention model and facilitate information needed for MPD risk identification in their respective area * Comply with, and ensure team compliance with, guidelines established in implemented and/or certified management systems * Actively participate in the development, implementation, and improvement of management systems, and foster such participation within their teams **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University degree in Systems Engineering or related fields * Advanced knowledge of Lean, DevOps, Scrum, Kanban, TDD * Intermediate knowledge of BDD * Prior experience of 3–5 years as an Agile Coach **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
