Job Summary: We are seeking an Agile Coach for banking projects, with a focus on facilitating product definition and developing continuous improvement strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Develop projects in the Banking and Services sector. 2. Lead the organization's continuous improvement. 3. Support group decision-making. PURPOSE We are seeking an Agile Coach to develop projects in the Banking and Services sector. TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate product definition. Deliver talks and conduct workshops on topics hindering team effectiveness. Properly develop the Scrum Master and Product Owner to assume their roles within the team. Support product inception development. Develop strategies for the organization's continuous improvement. Assist leadership areas under this framework. REQUIREMENTS Experience: More than 5 years of experience in agile implementation and digital transformation processes, and at least 2 years in the role of Agile Coach. Experience implementing agile projects in the banking sector is desirable. Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Specific Knowledge: Coaching individuals and teams within organizations, customer service, systems and processes, agile methods and techniques. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint, and agile software tools. Competencies (Skills and Abilities): Analytical and problem-solving ability, critical and perfectionist attitude, planning and organizational skills, strong interpersonal relationships.
