Job Summary: We are seeking a senior professional to design and lead generative AI, LLM, RAG, and Machine Learning solutions—from experimentation to production. Key Highlights: 1. Definition of scalable architectures and prompting strategies We seek a senior professional to design generative AI, LLM, RAG, and Machine Learning solutions remotely from Peru. The role requires Python, model APIs, LangChain or similar frameworks, microservices, and cloud experience. You will design and lead solutions from experimentation and prototyping through to production, collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design scalable architectures for generative AI and Machine Learning. * Implement solutions using LLMs, RAG, agents, and tool calling. * Define integrations among models, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. * Design prompting strategies, embeddings, vector search, evaluation, and monitoring. * Establish standards for security, observability, cost management, and AI governance. * Provide technical guidance during implementation of defined architectures. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with generative AI and LLMs. * University degree and strong Python proficiency. * Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models. * Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks, and RAG architectures. * Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, APIs, and microservices. * Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, and CI/CD. * B2-level English and ability to communicate architectural decisions. DESIRABLE: * Multi-agent architectures, LLM application evaluation, guardrails, GenAI security, MLOps, LLMOps, and agent observability. * Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and experience deploying AI solutions to production.
