Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Engineer to supervise the installation and execution of HVAC system works, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency, as well as resolving on-site issues and preparing the quality dossier. On-site problem resolution and preparation of the quality dossier INGENIERIA THERMOMETALICA S.A.C., is an HVAC-specialized company with experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems; we are currently seeking (01\) RESIDENT ENGINEER WITH MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE (registered and licensed). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ► Supervise installation and coordinate with other disciplines to avoid interference. ► Responsible for executing works safely, with quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. ► Weekly progress report on construction. ► Resolve problems arising on site. ► Review contractual drawings and assess whether change orders or deductions are necessary. ► Respond to inquiries and provide electrical and electromechanical advisory support as required by the project. ► Review protocols and testing procedures for the entire HVAC system. ► Prepare and deliver the quality dossier upon project completion. **REQUIREMENTS** ► Registered and licensed engineer. ► Minimum 1 year of experience in air conditioning and ventilation. ► Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field. ► Completion of at least one training course in air conditioning and mechanical ventilation. ► Residence in Breña or nearby areas. ► Must be punctual, proactive, honest, and capable of teamwork.
