Job Summary: We are seeking an agile Angular-Java programmer to develop and scale high-impact solutions such as ERPs, e-commerce platforms, and electronic invoicing systems—ensuring quality and timely delivery. The Challenge: Join Mifact’s development team to build and scale high-impact solutions including ERPs, e-commerce platforms, and electronic invoicing systems. We seek a programmer with an agile mindset who enjoys writing clean code and wants to see their developments deployed in real products that enhance our clients’ business processes. 2. General Information • Work Location: Surco • Work Mode: Hybrid • Remote Days (2 days): Mondays are fixed for everyone. Additionally, you may choose one extra remote day from Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. • On-site Days (3 days): Tuesdays and the two remaining weekdays (based on your prior selection) at our Surco offices. • Saturdays: Alternate (one Saturday yes, one Saturday no), half-day, fully remote. 3. Job Objective Develop and maintain enterprise solutions (ERP, e-commerce, electronic invoicing), participating in both frontend and backend development—ensuring technical quality, requirement compliance, and timely delivery within an agile environment. 4. Candidate Profile We seek an experienced Angular–Java developer capable of integrating into an agile team to build high-impact technological solutions—with a strong focus on results, quality, and continuous improvement. 5. Requirements Academic Background: • Technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Java backend and Angular frontend developer. 6. Your Tech Stack (Requirements) For this position, solid experience of at least 2 years is mandatory in: Backend (Critical) • Java: Proficiency in Java SE / Java EE. • Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA. • Integrations: RESTful APIs, OpenAPI, Postman or Insomnia. • Testing: Familiarity with JUnit. Frontend (Critical) • Angular: Version 8 or higher. • Core: HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript. • Architecture: Reactive forms and component creation. Databases and DevOps • SQL: MySQL or SQL Server (query optimization — critical). • Version Control: Git (GitHub, GitLab — critical). • Best Practices: SOLID, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture (critical). • Bonus Points (Desirable): * Python knowledge and MCP–AI agent handling. * Basic Docker experience. * Knowledge of electronic invoicing and taxation. * Residing near the Surco area. 7. Responsibilities • Full-Stack Development: End-to-end feature development using Angular and Java. • Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure robust deliveries. • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed systems. • Optimization: Improve database performance to ensure system responsiveness. • Agility: Actively participate in agile ceremonies to meet timely delivery goals. 8.
