




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with HR experience to prepare payroll, manage social benefits, control timekeeping records, and support labor processes with high responsibility. ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT \- HR EXPERIENCE **Mandatory Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in comprehensive payroll management. * Proven experience managing payroll for **more than 200 employees** (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of: * Payroll calculation for workers and employees. * Social benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, severance payments). * Subsidies and procedures with EsSalud. * T-Registration and PLAME. * Labor legislation. * **Proficiency in STARSOFT system (MANDATORY).** * Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cross-referencing). **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and monthly closing of payroll (for more than 200 employees). * Calculation and reporting of social benefits. * Control and validation of timekeeping records. * Management of subsidies and medical leaves. * Tracking of vacations, loans, and deductions. * Support in disciplinary processes and labor documentation. **Competencies:** * High level of responsibility and confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure. * Organizational skills and document control. * Proactivity and results orientation. **Work Modality:** * On-site work. * Immediate availability. * Location: Callao Job Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
