We are an industrial company dedicated to manufacturing and marketing water storage solutions, and we are currently looking for an Accounting and Administrative Assistant to contribute to the organization, control, and improvement of our internal processes. We especially value individuals who use digital tools and Artificial Intelligence (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or others) to optimize time, organize information, prepare documents, and enhance productivity. Job Objective Provide accounting and administrative support to the company, ensuring accurate control of financial, administrative, and documentary processes, contributing to efficient and organized management. Main Responsibilities * Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring. * Prepare financial reports and validate accounting information prepared by the external accountant. * Supervise and manage attendance records, payroll, payslips, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), severance payments, and commissions. * Control inventory through the ERP system, verifying incoming and outgoing goods and supplies. * Analyze and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Validate invoices, quotations, purchase orders, shipping guides, and returns. * Coordinate with national and international suppliers and support import operations. * Assist in recruitment and selection processes. * Organize and maintain the company's physical and digital archives up to date. * Propose administrative improvements to optimize processes and reduce working time. Requirements * Technician or graduate in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * ERP experience is desirable. * Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or others) applied to administrative processes is desirable. * Aptitude for learning new digital tools.
