Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Digital Growth and B2B Sales Assistant to implement expansion strategies and manage prospects across multiple business units. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of mass email and WhatsApp campaigns 2. Management of prospects from TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn 3. Working directly with management on cutting-edge AI projects **DIGITAL GROWTH AND B2B SALES ASSISTANT** Are you passionate about technology and sales? We are looking for a dynamic individual to implement the expansion strategy across 5 business units (AI-powered LegalTech, Engineering, and Asset Protection). Your challenge: * Implement mass email and WhatsApp campaigns using our premium databases. * Manage prospects sourced from advertising on TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. * Schedule appointments with managers and mid-level executives (appointment closure). * Office assistance in (Lima Cercado) 2 or 3 times per week. Requirements: * Experience or knowledge of automation tools (email marketing, CRM, or WA Sender). * Excellent writing and persuasive communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset (We do not seek time-fillers—we seek deal-closers). * Benefits: * Competitive base salary + aggressive commissions per appointment and per sale (no cap) * Flexible working hours (hybrid model) * Direct collaboration with management on cutting-edge AI projects * Networking with entrepreneurs and managers Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid in Lima, Lima
