Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the execution of brand and communication strategies, supervise POP materials, manage merchandising, and create social media content. Ongoing training At Autocentro Tarapoto, an authorized dealership with \+16 years in the market and the official representative of *Kia, Jeep, Fiat, RAM, and Maxus* in San Martín, we are looking for a **Marketing Assistant** with 1–3 years of experience to join our team and support the execution of brand and communication strategies. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise proper implementation and optimal condition of in-store POP materials. * Manage tracking, control, and requisition of merchandising items. * Create and produce social media content (copywriting, creative ideas, and coordination of assets). * Prepare monthly performance reports and metrics. * Provide support and assistance at brand events. **Requirements** * 1–3 years of experience in similar positions. * Graduate in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Ideal Profile** * Passionate about the automotive sector and marketing. * Basic knowledge of photography. * Basic knowledge of graphic design or content editing. * Proficient use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or others). * Strong communication and teamwork skills. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration * Ongoing training * Active participation in brand development. * Dynamic and collaborative environment.
