Your Primary Role: Ensure that all our tourism services depart punctually and efficiently, providing continuous support to passengers and guides. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? Departure Control: Supervise and verify the timely departure of all services according to the schedule. Passenger Support: Provide personalized assistance via WhatsApp based on the requirements of each program. Guide Support: Directly assist guides to ensure optimal service delivery. Contingency Management: Resolve operational disruptions such as delays, itinerary changes, or adverse weather conditions. Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 6 months in tourism operations, logistics, or coordination. Education: University graduates or those with incomplete university studies (prior experience is valued). Languages: Basic to intermediate English proficiency. Skills: Proficiency in digital tools and strong responsiveness. Conditions and Benefits: S/ 1,500 + 35% night shift bonus. Formal payroll from day one with MYPE benefits (50% CTS, bonuses, and vacation entitlement). Schedule: Night shift from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
