Record petty cash transactions and assist with internal reporting. Internal Coordination Coordinate information among sales, operations, and customer experience (CX) teams. Communicate last-minute changes to coordinators and passengers. Support preparation of operational materials and briefings. Provide support during peak-demand seasons. Customer Service Resolve basic inquiries regarding reservations and services. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. POSITION PROFILE Technical or university education in Tourism, Administration, Hospitality, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. Knowledge of tourist reservation management, customer service, and operational administration. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel agencies, hospitality, or tourism operations—preferably in Cusco. Intermediate English proficiency. Proficiency in digital tools and reservation systems. Courses or training in customer service, tourism administration, or operational management (preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and pressure-management skills.
