




Job Summary: Administrative assistant with experience using Mediweb for appointment scheduling, data management, and customer service support. Key Highlights: 1. Mediweb management for appointment scheduling and patient administration. 2. Data entry and digitization in computerized systems. 3. Customer support and negotiation for contract renewals. Requirements: Experience using Mediweb Customer service experience. Responsibilities: -Scheduling appointments for new and returning patients in the Mediweb medical system. -Entering client-provided company information and patient lists into the computerized system in advance of occupational medical evaluations. -Entering and digitizing data related to services provided to companies into the computerized system. -Reviewing and verifying payments received for services rendered, as required—whether in cash, by credit card, or by coordinating and forwarding client-initiated bank transfers. -Preparing daily reports, reconciliations, and closing summaries of collections for administration. -Consolidating information and generating reports using registered data, as instructed. -Keeping the immediate supervisor informed about ongoing activities. -Providing support to current customers by addressing inquiries, complaints, and negotiating contract renewals.-Requirements- Minimum education: Technical degree 1 year of experience Age: between 24 and 38 years Knowledge areas: Evaluation, Collections, Data, Reporting, Occupational Health, Customer Service Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, aide, health, salut
