Join the EBALS CONSULTORES family—we are currently seeking an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Assistant with IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY in LIMA to perform fieldwork, possessing proven knowledge and experience in Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems. Below are the requirements:
**Requirements:**
* Graduate professional in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
* Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health
* Proficiency and knowledge in safety management and SIG structure.
* Experience implementing a Safety System from scratch within a company.
* Knowledge of OSH documentation management and ISO standards (Trinorma).
* Minimum two years of work experience as an OSH Assistant or in similar roles.
* Experience responding to Sunafil notifications and inspections.
* Intermediate-level AUTOCAD proficiency and familiarity with other design software for risk mapping (VISIO, PROJECT, BIZAGI).
* Immediate availability for fieldwork, including supervision at assigned client locations.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Prepare required documentation and reports supporting the maintenance of standards, such as forms, reports, diagrams, manuals, procedures, etc.
* Manage and provide support regarding occupational safety and health management.
* Maintain updated SIG records and documentation, ensuring proper information management and disposition.
* Actively and responsibly disseminate SIG documentation—including the SIG Policy, SIG Objectives, and SIG Operational Controls—and assist in managing nonconformities identified during internal or external audits.
* Manage the selection of Occupational Safety and Health Committee (OSH Committee) members in accordance with applicable law and established procedures.
* Develop training materials and provide support during training sessions.
* Prepare IPER and IPERC matrices according to the specified profile.
* Support the OSH Committee; propose improvement opportunities and participate in their implementation.
* Conduct inductions for the Integrated Management System.
**Additional Information:**
* WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
* MYPE Payroll (50% BBSS).
* SALARY: S/.2,000 — negotiable (based on evaluation)
