Position Summary: PERFOTUNEL S.A.C. seeks a professional to support the implementation and monitoring of the HSEQ management system, including documentation preparation and participation in inspections. We have a highly skilled technical team committed to safety, quality, and efficiency in each of our projects. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, or related fields. * Specialized course or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) (desirable). * Basic knowledge of current regulations and legislation regarding **Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Legislation**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools at basic/intermediate level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Ability to draft reports and manage document control. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and teamwork ability. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar positions (preferably in projects or construction sites). **Responsibilities:** * Support in the implementation and monitoring of the HSEQ management system. * Preparation and control of documentation (IPERC, ATS, environmental matrices, reports, records). * Participation in safety, environmental, and quality inspections. * Support in identifying environmental aspects and assessing impacts. * Monitoring compliance with legal requirements in OSH and environmental matters. * Tracking of observations and findings. * Support in training sessions, safety talks, and inductions. * Recording and tracking of incidents and substandard acts/conditions. **Conditions:** * Position type: Full-time * Working hours: Mon–Fri: 8:00 am–6:00 pm / Saturday: 8:00 am–11:00 am * Work location: Lima–San Isidro (residence in nearby districts preferred) * Work modality: 100% on-site Salary: S/.1,800.00–S/.1,801.00 per hour Scheduled hours: 48.0 per week Application question(s): * District of residence * Current phone number * Salary expectations Work location: On-site employment
