




Position Summary: This SSOMA Assistant role involves managing SGSSOMA documentation, providing field and plant support to verify safety compliance and PPE usage, validating JSAs and Work Permits, and processing affiliations and homologations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages SGSSOMA documentation digitally and physically. 2. Conducts on-site safety inspections and verifies the use of PPE. 3. Validates JSAs and High-Risk Work Permits (e.g., work at height, hot work, electrical work). **SSOMA Assistant:** Document Control: Request, organize, file, and maintain up-to-date SGSSOMA records (e.g., toolbox talks, inspections, PPE issuance) both digitally and physically. Field and Plant Support: Conduct random inspections to verify correct PPE usage and compliance with safety standards at worksites. JSAs and Work Permits: Randomly verify and validate Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and High-Risk Work Permits (e.g., for work at height, hot work, electrical work). Affiliation Processes: Perform personnel homologation processes via email and/or client platforms (e.g., SGOC, SELERIA, PROCORE, MAXIMO, SHAREPOINT). Maintain systems updated with current documents.
