Job Title **Junior Video Editor / Audiovisual and Podcasts Post-Production Intern (100% Home Office / Remote)** Company Description A strategic consulting and high-impact content production agency seeks to integrate a Junior Video Editor or Audiovisual Post-Production Intern into its team. The candidate will execute comprehensive editing of audiovisual projects, covering multicamera podcasts through to high-impact social media advertising pieces. Main Responsibilities * Perform assembly, cutting, and synchronization of video podcasts (multicamera editing, shot switching, equalization, and audio cleanup). * Produce microcontent and viral clips (clippers/highlights) derived from podcast episodes for vertical platforms. * Develop editing across all current formats: * **Long Format:** Podcasts, interviews, webinars, corporate videos, brand documentaries, and YouTube videos. * **Short Format:** Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, advertising spots (UGC/Performance Ad), and dynamic micro\-videos. * Apply advanced editing techniques and workflows: * **Narrative and Rhythmic Editing:** Dynamic cutting, hook structure, and visual storytelling. * **Motion Graphics and Titling:** Insertion of dynamic subtitles, animated text overlays, lower thirds, intro/outro sequences, and graphical elements. * **Color Correction and Color Grading:** Curve normalization, color matching across different cameras, and LUT application. * **Audio Post-Production:** Background noise removal, equalization, volume balancing for digital platforms, and basic mastering. * **Basic Visual Effects (VFX):** Chroma keying (green screen), masking, motion tracking, and advanced transitions. * Optimize and export files in required formats, codecs (H.264, H.265, ProRes), and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5\). * Maintain project organization and cataloging on the company’s cloud servers. Profile Requirements * **Education:** Recent graduate or final-year student in technical programs or bachelor’s degrees in Video Editing, Audiovisual Production, Digital Animation, Communication Sciences, or related fields. Desirable Skills (Plus) * Self-management of time, discipline in remote work, and strict adherence to deadlines. * Understanding of audience retention and digital video metrics. * Proficiency with AI tools applied to editing (automated subtitle generation, AI-based voice isolation, automatic framing).
