We are a growing advertising and digital marketing agency. We are looking for a **Creative, Solution-Oriented, and Up-to-Date Audiovisual Producer**, capable of creating visual content for brands, social media, and advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for producing attractive, dynamic, and functional content for various digital platforms, utilizing editing tools, current trends, and artificial intelligence. **Responsibilities** * Record videos for brands, campaigns, and social media. * Take photographs for commercial and digital content. * Edit videos for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, and advertisements. * Create audiovisual assets adapted to different formats. * Propose creative ideas for campaigns and content. * Use AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, and visual resources. * Organize and back up audiovisual materials. * Coordinate with the marketing team to achieve campaign objectives. * Meet established deadlines. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Proven experience in audiovisual production. * Proficiency in camera operation, framing, lighting, and visual composition. * Experience editing content for social media. * Proficiency in CapCut. * Proficiency in Premiere Pro. * Knowledge of After Effects or other animation tools. * Familiarity with current trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. * Experience using AI tools applied to audiovisual content. * Strong visual judgment, creativity, and ability to propose ideas. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and execution speed. * Updated portfolio required. **What We Offer** * Hybrid Work * Participation in projects for various brands. * Continuous learning in digital marketing, content creation, and artificial intelligence. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth within the agency. **Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: Variable shift (morning or afternoon). * Work Mode: Hybrid * Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Lima, Lima
