Audit Manager. **Location:** Moquegua, Peru **Position Type:** Full-time – General Regime **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs, and Saturdays, 08:00–13:00 hrs **Job Description:** A road infrastructure concessionaire seeks an **Audit Manager** to coordinate and execute audits in toll collection and weighing control processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and the reliability of operational information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate adherence to the Audit Department’s procedures. * Prepare reports on vehicle traffic flows, tariff collections, and detected anomalies. * Review shift settlements at toll plazas and follow up on debit refunds. * Report findings and anomalies to the immediate supervisor. * Prepare audit reports for weight and measurement control. * Report performance indicators to the Administrative Management and General Management. * Support administrative tasks related to the department. * Comply with internal rules, policies, and procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in road concessions. * Knowledge of auditing processes and regulations. * Specialization in auditing is desirable. * Cash handling and revenue collection experience. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency and toll software knowledge. **Competencies:** * Judgment and decision-making. * Results orientation. * Effective communication and customer service. * Ability to review and analyze information. * Proficiency in sampling tools. * Proactivity and teamwork.
