Participation in the entire technology development process At **Corporación Novecsa**, we are looking for direct support for our electrical engineering department. If you are a recent graduate or have technical training and wish to apply your knowledge of engineering drawings in real-world implementation, this position is for you. **YOUR CHALLENGE:** You will serve as the hands-on executor for the Electrical Engineer, participating in the entire technology development process for water treatment systems and industrial machinery. **WHAT YOU WILL DO (AND LEARN):** * **Reading Drawings:** Interpretation and implementation of electrical schematics. * **Panel Assembly:** Assembly, wiring, and labeling of control and power panels. * **Automation:** Support in PLC programming and configuration of frequency inverters. * **Instrumentation:** Installation and calibration of sensors (flow, pressure, level). * **Field Work:** Commissioning of equipment at client companies **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Graduated technician, final-cycle student, or proven experience in industrial electricity/controls. * **Residence:** Must reside in **Northern Lima** (Puente Piedra, Carabayllo, Comas, Los Olivos, or Ventanilla). * **Skill:** Manual dexterity for fine wiring and use of electrical tools. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * **Direct Mentorship:** Work side-by-side with an Electrical Engineer. * **Career Path:** Opportunity to advance to Senior Automation Technician. * **Benefits:** All statutory benefits.
