The Role: As the B2B Field Commercial Supervisor, you will lead the field sales team responsible for in-person onboarding of new merchants across various economic sectors. Your responsibilities will include: Developing commercial strategies to deliver optimal in-person advisory services to clients. Supporting POS terminal activation and providing follow-up training on its usage. Identifying opportunities for improvement and adjustments within the sales team. Maintaining and continuously monitoring sales reports, pipelines, CRM, and other departmental tools. Planning the strategic schedule for sales team training and motivation.
