We are looking for a Mechanical Installation Engineer or Bachelor's degree holder (junior level), focused on drawing development for single-family and multi-family residential projects, commercial premises, and industrial facilities. This position targets recent graduates, bachelor's degree holders, or Mechanical Engineers or Mechanical-Electrical Engineers, or those with related technical degrees, possessing basic knowledge of mechanical HVAC design and Peruvian regulations. The candidate will assist in preparing drawings, details, and technical schematics for ventilation, carbon monoxide extraction, and air conditioning systems under the supervision of the assigned engineer or specialist. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Preparation of CAD drawings for **mechanical ventilation and air conditioning installations** for residential projects. * Development of **ventilation and carbon monoxide extraction drawings**. * Support in designing **air conditioning (HVAC) systems**. * Design and detailing of ductwork, equipment, and mechanical routing. * Basic coordination with architecture, structural, and other installation disciplines. * Support in preliminary thermal load calculations. ***Requirements*** **Education:** * Graduates, bachelor's degree holders, or final-year students in: * Mechanical Engineering * Mechanical-Electrical Engineering * Technical Drawing for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of: * Ventilation systems. * Carbon monoxide extraction. * Residential HVAC systems. * General understanding of **applicable Peruvian regulations**. * Experience with thermal calculation software: * Elite, HAP, or similar (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum experience in residential projects (pre-professional internships or independent work). **Competencies** * Orderliness and organization in drawing management. * Ability to follow technical guidelines. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Basic technical communication with the project team. **What We Offer** * Opportunity for professional development in real-world projects. * Direct learning in mechanical installation design. * Positive work environment and technical mentoring.
