




Position Summary: We are seeking a Network Professional to monitor, control, and manage incidents related to WAN/LAN and SD-WAN links, ensuring operational continuity and timely resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in monitoring and managing WAN/LAN and SD-WAN networks 2. Proactive and corrective fault and incident management for VIP customers 3. Diagnosis and resolution of alarms across various network platforms We require a Network Professional for our team. Academic Qualification: Graduate in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Systems, or related fields. Certification: CCNA training courses. Experience: · 2–3 years of experience in: Monitoring, controlling, and tracking incidents related to WAN (MPLS/SD-WAN) and LAN links, coordinated with various departments responsible for maintaining telecommunications links. Reporting and addressing requirements from Telefónica’s Service Manager and end customers. Proactive and corrective fault and incident management for VIP customers of Telefónica del Perú, now Integratel. Alarm diagnosis and resolution on platforms: SolarWinds, Sigmars, MultiPing Free, Viewtinet. Validation of routing protocols and BGP sessions on the MPLS network’s PE router. Diagnosis of incidents at the WAN/LAN and SD-WAN network level. Responsible for monitoring and managing clients’ WAN and LAN networks nationwide, ensuring operational continuity, service stability, and timely incident resolution.
