The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties: Main Responsibilities: • Data entry and validation in internal systems • Preparation and updating of reports • Administrative process tracking • Operational support to the respective department Below are our requirements: • Availability to work Monday through Saturday (mandatory). • Minimum 3 months of experience in Back Office positions • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, email) • Experience in data entry, validation, and tracking • Analytical ability and information management skills Position Conditions: • Labor law-compliant employment contract • Bi-weekly and end-of-month salary payments • Full payroll benefits from day one (family allowance, CTS, bonuses, EsSalud, vacation leave) • Opportunity for professional growth • Salary: S/. 1,200.00 PEN Prior experience in similar roles is required.
