We are looking for the best candidate to join our team as a Claims Analyst. Compensation: S/1,200 on payroll. Schedule: Monday to Friday. Work Modality: On-site Office Location: San Isidro, Lima Requirements: 1 year of experience managing all Telefónica customer requirements, ensuring compliance and resolution of all requests related to assigned lines regarding project support and additional services. Knowledge of: Customer Service, Office Applications, CRM tools. Proficiency in Office (Basic Excel, Word). Responsibilities: Responding to requirements within the claims process. Managing and verifying documents. Preparing letters and files related to case management.
