A leading technology company seeks a Senior Administrative Professional with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. Candidates must have over 2 years of experience managing Telefónica customer requirements, ensuring full compliance and resolution of all requests related to assigned support lines and additional services. · JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Addressing requirements related to project processes. - Managing and verifying project-related documents. - Performing basic calculations to handle project invoices and purchase orders. - Organized utilization of project resources. - Monitoring payroll-related developments arising from projects. - Resolving work-related issues with approval from the immediate supervisor. - Analyzing and managing accreditation processes. - Constructing flowcharts, managing KPIs, and analyzing data. - Analyzing supplier information and making decisions on optimal suppliers based on scale or economic impact. - Coordinating documentation submitted to various entities. - Reviewing cost control and savings during process administration. - Preparing reports and reports linked to management. - Performing any other duties assigned by the leader aimed at fulfilling the mission of the Services Directorate. · MANDATORY: Proficiency in Bizagi and SQL.
