Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Manager – Technical Office with solid experience in BIM management applied to construction projects to lead technical coordination and BIM model control. Coordinate BIM models for electrical, ICT, and sanitary installations. Our company, Diar Ingenieros S.A., is looking for a **BIM Manager – Technical Office**, with strong experience in BIM management applied to construction projects, capable of leading technical coordination, planning, and control of BIM models, ensuring their proper integration with schedules, quantity take-offs, valuations, and project execution. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related fields. * Specialized BIM training (certifications, diplomas, or postgraduate specialization). * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as a BIM Manager or equivalent role, managing medium- or large-scale building projects (hospitals or complex infrastructure preferred). * Experience leading BIM management from the Technical Office, integrating design, planning, quantity take-offs, and construction execution. * Proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and BIM coordination with Navisworks; Archicad or Bentley desirable. * Experience in BIM process automation (Dynamo, Python and/or C\#). * Ability to integrate BIM with MS Project and/or Primavera P6 and cost control. * Familiarity with BIM families, Uniclass parameters, and COBie. * Experience with LOD 400 and As-Built drawing delivery. * Availability to work in San Isidro. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead BIM planning, monitoring, and control from the Technical Office. * Manage interoperability among BIM platforms and BIM model quality. * Coordinate BIM models for electrical, ICT, and sanitary installations. * Support BIM quantity take-offs for valuations and project control. * Coordinate delivery of As-Built drawings (LOD 400) and technical documentation. * Prepare technical progress reports for clients and management. * Coordinate with site teams, supervision, and clients to ensure correct BIM model implementation. **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive salary on payroll with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, social security, mandatory life insurance, family allowance). * EPS (Optional). * Opportunities for growth and development. * Profit-sharing.
