Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Construction Budget Intern to participate in real-world projects and develop knowledge in cost management, procurement, and planning. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking for a **Construction Logistics and Budget Intern**, who will have the opportunity to participate in real-world projects and develop expertise in costs, procurement, budgets, planning, and construction control. **REQUIREMENTS** * Final-year student in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Basic AutoCAD skills. * Basic SketchUp or Revit skills. * Driver's license A1 is desirable. * Availability to conduct site visits and supplier visits. * Willingness to learn new tools and processes. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and construction budgets. * Develop cost structures and profitability analyses for projects. * Conduct supplier, material, and labor comparisons. * Update and maintain the database of material and service prices. * Prepare comparative tables and material lists. * Support basic modeling and technical presentations using AutoCAD and SketchUp. * Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize analysis, reporting, and processes. * Conduct scheduled site and supplier visits. * Support documented project monitoring and control. * Verify materials, progress, and visible quality aspects on-site. * Support preparation of project reports and financial settlements. **BENEFITS** * Direct learning in real-world projects. * Development of expertise in cost management, procurement, planning, and construction control. * Training in Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the construction sector. * Participation in site surveys, budget preparation, and project execution. * Technical supervision and mentoring. * Opportunities for professional growth and development based on performance. **POSITION DETAILS** * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Transportation provided for site visits. * Remuneration: S/600.00. * Internship certificate.
