Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to prepare budgets for electrical installation projects, determine costs and expected profitability, and provide support in project tracking and construction control. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in construction supervision and control. * Solid knowledge of cost estimation and budgeting. * Experience in preparing technical files and bids/tenders. * Proficiency in quantity surveying and unit cost analysis. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Basic English. * Availability to work 40% in the office and 60% on-site. * Willingness to travel and work overtime if required. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and update budgets and unit cost analyses. * Prepare bidding and tender files. * Conduct field technical inspections. * Prepare reports on quantity surveying, costs, and budgets. * Review construction change orders. * Supervise construction when required (progress control, performance, and quality). * Perform engineering design for low-voltage electrical systems. Working Conditions * Employment Type: On-site * Location: Miraflores * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * (Variable hours on-site; overtime is compensated.) * General Labor Regime (100% statutory benefits) * ESSALUD * Salary: S/ 3,500 to S/ 4,000 depending on experience Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site
