Part of an international group with extensive experience in turnkey construction of industrial and logistics buildings, refrigerated warehouses, and temperature-controlled facilities. **POSITION** We are seeking to hire a Budget Engineer to develop technical proposals covering the scope defined in the budget. Field experience in industrial construction will be considered favorably. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Review tender documents, complete project files, and terms of reference for budget preparation. * Develop cost structure by discipline, based on available information level. * Quote disciplines and materials as components of each project. * Prepare quantity take-offs by discipline (Structures, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical & Plumbing Engineering). * Conduct unit cost analysis for each budget item according to client requirements. * Develop baseline schedules for project execution. * Develop construction schedules aligned with tender requirements. * Manage supplier portfolios for disciplines and materials. PROFILE * Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Civil Engineering (preferred). * Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation. * Experience reading civil engineering, structural steel, and specialty discipline drawings. * Experience using current software including **Revit, BIM methodology, and budgeting software.** EXPERIENCE * Specialization in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical offices or on-site construction. * Minimum 3 years’ experience preparing budgets in the construction sector (supplier portfolio management, unit price analysis, etc.).
