We seek a commercially oriented individual with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to identify opportunities that drive software and subscription solution adoption across our channel ecosystem. This role combines business development, partner and manufacturer relationship management, commercial strategy execution, and demand generation. The incumbent will be responsible for driving growth of the Adobe portfolio, strengthening the brand’s market presence, and maximizing commercial results. This position offers direct exposure to one of the world’s most recognized software manufacturers, continuous interaction with regional and local teams, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, digitally transformative environment. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase Adobe solutions sales and market share. * Manage the relationship with Adobe and ensure proper execution of initiatives, programs, and commercial objectives. * Identify, develop, and support business opportunities alongside partners and end customers. * Drive renewal, upselling, and cross\-selling strategies across the Adobe portfolio. * Coordinate demand-generation activities, marketing campaigns, and channel training. * Provide commercial and consultative support to internal sales teams and partners. * Monitor key business metrics such as revenue, pipeline, renewals, adoption, and profitability. * Conduct market analysis, trend assessments, and opportunity identification to accelerate brand growth. * Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure effective execution. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Prior experience in business development, manufacturer management, consultative sales, or channel management within the technology sector—mandatory. * Commercial experience in software solutions, subscriptions, cloud, or digital technologies (preferred). * Ability to manage relationships with manufacturers, partners, and strategic customers. * Experience in commercial analysis, pipeline development, and tracking of business KPIs. * Proficiency in Excel and commercial management / CRM tools. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. **Let's shape tomorrow** ***Ingram Micro Peru is committed to fostering a diverse workplace and takes pride in being an equal opportunity employer.
