**REQUIREMENTS:** •Technical graduate or degree holder in Technical Drawing, Industrial Drawing, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Design, CAD, or related fields. •Minimum 1–2 years of experience preparing drawings for construction companies, consulting firms, or related projects. •Experience in the construction, energy, electricity, or physical–legal sanitation sectors. (Desirable) •Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D (intermediate to advanced level). •Knowledge of drawing interpretation, graphic representation, scales, and technical symbology. •Familiarity with applicable technical standards (SUNARP, IEEE, IEC, CNE, and other related standards). •Knowledge and handling of measurement tools, tolerances, and technical representation. •Desirable knowledge of parametric modeling using SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar software. •Courses or certifications in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, Inventor, or equivalent design software. •Proficiency in Google Earth, Global Mapper, ArcGIS (intermediate level desirable). •Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** •Responsible for preparing perimeter plans, location plans, and descriptive reports required to request cadastral searches from SUNARP, ensuring compliance with Directive No. 004-2020-SCT-DTR and its amendments, as well as other regulations issued by SUNARP. * Analysis and identification of property owners through SUNARP, MIDAGRI, or other public or private platforms. •Responsible for graphically overlaying polygons corresponding to real estate registry entries detailed in SUNARP’s Cadastral Search Certificates. •Preparation of easement plans, separation plans, perimeter plans, impact plans, and other technical documents to support negotiations conducted by CVC Energía with clients, property owners, or possessors—whether for easement management and/or asset sanitation and management of CVC Energía’s assets. •Preparation of all technical documents required by SUNARP, including resolution of observations, among others, to register corporate actions in the relevant real estate registry entry, complying with SUNARP regulations and other competent sector authorities. •Fieldwork accompaniment and data collection to validate information obtained from SUNARP and identify possessors within CVC Energía’s areas of interest—both inside and outside its concession zones. •Development of an internal graphical database covering concession and non-concession zones nationwide. •Execution of additional duties associated with the Legal Management processes and/or as directed by the Legal Manager. **BENEFITS:** •Market-competitive salary. •Food allowance card. •Opportunity for growth and stability within a solid company.
