Civil Engineer – Projects and Costs **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage all plant construction and maintenance projects. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new projects. * Develop and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to forecasted costs. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and maintenance activities at the plant. * Perform cost and resource analyses, optimizing the use of materials and labor. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects are executed within established timelines. * Prepare technical and financial reports on project progress. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations throughout all project stages. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with active professional registration. * Minimum 3 years of experience in project and cost management in industrial plants or similar projects. * Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and project management. * Proficiency in specialized civil engineering and project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.). * Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Knowledge of construction, safety, and environmental regulations. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organization and planning skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Effective communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
