We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Position Objective:** Participate in and technically lead the CIVIL discipline during the execution of project management services—both in the office phase and the field execution phase—through to project delivery and closure for multidisciplinary projects, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively, meeting client expectations and Worley standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in and lead office- and field-based implementation of assigned electromechanical projects within your discipline. * Coordinate execution of complementary engineering activities to enable project execution and closure within your discipline. * Coordinate material, tool, and service requirements. * Review and verify technical reports and project progress valuations. * Coordinate construction processes and ensure they are conducted safely. * Update construction scheduling, timely reporting to supervisors on issues such as: * material, equipment, and personnel requirements; execution delays; unforeseen expenses; * subcontractor and personnel payments, among others. * Coordinate technical changes in the field across various work packages, driven by feasibility and project achievement. * Ensure achievement of established targets for schedule, cost, quality, safety, and * environmental protection. * Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by management. * Coordinate professionally and collaboratively with all other disciplines, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success. * Ensure compliance with Worley’s Quality Assurance System and HSE System, as well as the client’s systems. **What will you bring?** **Software, Processes, and Tools:** **Specific Knowledge:** Engineering and Construction Brownfield Project Management in the mining, metallurgical, cement, and metal processing sectors. Knowledge of engineering design processes and mechanical equipment construction processes in the mining sector. Experience in metallurgical and mining sector projects is highly desirable. **Specific Experience:** 6–10 years of experience in the mining, metallurgical, cement, and metal processing sectors—both in engineering and construction—managing large-scale projects, leading and executing teams within your discipline, and managing all project phases. Certified project management skills and ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, global environment. Experience working on the construction supervision side. **Academic Qualifications, Accreditations, Training:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with active registration at the College of Engineers of Peru (\#CIP) and valid license. **HSE Skills:** Actively promote behaviors aligned with our LIFE value and applicable HSE policies for the discipline. **IT Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), AutoCAD, and MS. **Personal Competencies:** High-level interaction across all organizational levels, with positive influence on people.
