We are looking for the best candidate to join our team as a Claims Analyst. Compensation: S/1,200 on payroll. Working Hours: Monday to Friday. Work Modality: On-site Office Location: San Isidro, Lima Requirements: 1 year of experience managing all customer requirements for Telefónica, ensuring compliance and resolution of all requests related to assigned lines regarding project support and additional services. Knowledge of: Customer service, Office software, CRM tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic Excel, Word). Responsibilities: Handling requirements within the claims process. Managing and verifying documents. Preparing letters and files related to claims management.
