Role Objective: To serve customers efficiently while detecting real business opportunities arising from their needs, challenges, or growth. Main Responsibilities: - Respond clearly and promptly to customer inquiries and requests - Understand the customer’s context (how they use the system in their operations) - Ask questions that help uncover implicit needs - Identify: * Customers with growth potential * Operational issues requiring resolution * Opportunities for customization or improvement - Follow up on relevant conversations - Escalate or refer commercial opportunities as appropriate - Avoid closing conversations without exploring context or opportunity Operational Responsibilities (controlled): - Record key customer information. - Update follow-up statuses. - Maintain basic order in the conversation flow. These tasks must not displace the commercial focus of the role. Role Approach: Every conversation with a customer is an opportunity.
