Position Summary: Manage the execution and control of the promotional process, ensuring reliable information and optimizing promotional management to identify improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the creation and tracking of promotions in TPM and Odoo. 2. Analyzes the valuation and ROI of promotional requests. 3. Identifies opportunities for cost savings and improvement in promotional processes. **Date:** 21 Aug 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Manage the proper execution and control of the promotional process, ensuring reliable and timely information on the effectiveness and profitability of promotions, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency to optimize promotional management. **What will you do in your role?** ------------------------- * Manage the creation, modification, release, and expiration of promotions in TPM and Odoo, coordinating with Sales. * Review and validate templates and supporting documents for promotional requests in Odoo and S4H. * Manage baseline, uplift, and valuation adjustments for promotions. * Consolidate and analyze the valuation and ROI of promotional requests. * Address and manage incidents and deviations associated with promotional execution. * Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and improvement in the promotional process. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * Professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Preferred: Diploma and/or specialization related to the OTC cycle. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in this position or performing similar functions. * Knowledge and experience in promotional management, valuation and ROI, baseline and uplift management, commercial data analysis, and tracking of requests and incidents. * Experience in process automation and/or improvement. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Python. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI and SQL. * Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Intermediate-level proficiency in SAP. * Intermediate-level proficiency in English.
