We are currently looking for a COMMUNITY MANAGER. If you are passionate about digital marketing and up-to-date with the latest trends, we are looking for you! REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising – Graduated and/or Bachelor’s degree * Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (1–2 years) * Proficiency in Adobe software: Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro; Meta Business Suite; Business Manager (ADS) * Experience in web positioning and SEO * Advanced knowledge of creating and managing paid advertising campaigns * Ability to segment audiences and utilize artificial intelligence tools * Basic office software proficiency * Creativity and strong communication skills * Autonomy and initiative-taking ability * Reside in southern Lima or nearby areas of Villa El Salvador COMMUNITY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage social media platforms: respond to messages and comments, and moderate communities (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) * Schedule content (posts, reels, stories), monitor engagement, and generate daily reports * Content ideation and trends: propose content ideas and implement them according to digital trends * Identify opportunities for interaction and growth * Assist in organizing the content calendar and ensure timely and accurate posting of audiovisual assets * Moderate comments and better manage the community * Support live streaming (audiovisual) * Research content references and track trends * Experience in content creation * Other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * WHERE DO YOU CURRENTLY LIVE? * MANDATORY RESPONSE Work Location: On-site employment
