We are currently looking for a COMMUNITY MANAGER. If you are passionate about digital marketing and stay updated on the latest trends, we are looking for you! REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising – GRADUATED AND/OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE * Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (1–2 years). * Proficiency in Adobe software: Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro; Meta Business Suite; Business Manager (ADS). * Experience in web positioning and SEO. * Advanced knowledge of creating and managing paid advertising campaigns. * Ability to segment audiences and utilize artificial intelligence tools. * Basic office software knowledge. * Creativity and effective communication skills. * Autonomy and initiative-taking ability. * Must reside in southern zones or areas adjacent to Villa El Salvador. COMMUNITY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage social media platforms: respond to messages and comments, and moderate communities (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). * Schedule content (posts, reels, stories), monitor engagement metrics, and generate daily reports. * Ideation and trends: Propose content ideas and apply them according to digital trends. * Identify opportunities for interaction and growth. * Assist in organizing the content calendar and ensure timely and accurate posting of audiovisual assets. * Moderate comments and better manage the community. * Support live streaming (audiovisual). * Research content references and track trends. * Experience in content creation. * Other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
