




Job Summary: We are seeking a Compensation and Planning Assistant to lead salary administration, market surveys, job evaluation, and HR budgeting. Key Highlights: 1. Our client, a leading Peruvian company expanding nationally and specializing in fiber-optic internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Compensation and Planning Assistant**. What are the main responsibilities? * Execute and support administration of salary structures, bands, and scales. * Lead salary market surveys and internal equity analysis. * Manage salary increases, bonuses, incentives, and variable compensation schemes. * Advise leaders and executives on strategic remuneration decisions. * Lead job evaluation and updating of job descriptions. * Ensure proper alignment among organizational chart, job descriptions, and salary structure. * Support preparation and control of the annual HR budget (headcount, salaries, and benefits). * Manage KPIs and develop dashboards, executive reports, and metrics for senior management. * Lead the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in compliance with current regulations. What are we looking for? * Professionals with degrees in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office; HR management software or personnel administration applications. * Leadership-oriented, service-minded, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual.
