Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Registered and licensed professional. * Minimum of 8 years of post-licensure experience serving as a Construction Site Resident on building projects. * Proven experience in residential building construction or similar projects. * Knowledge of: o Comprehensive construction project management. o Planning and schedule control. o Cost control and valuation. o Contractor and subcontractor management. o Construction regulations and site safety standards. * Proficiency in project management tools and technical software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, or similar). * Leadership ability, decision-making capability, and team management skills. Main Responsibilities * Plan, direct, and supervise construction execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and the established schedule. * Manage human, material, and equipment resources assigned to the project. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budget. * Coordinate with supervisors, designers, suppliers, and project management. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations. * Prepare periodic progress and construction control reports.
