Process and operational layout assessment, analysis, and optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity. Documentation and standardization of processes according to quality guidelines, including SOP development and participation in operational audits. Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and optimize performance. Development, monitoring, and analysis of KPIs and quality indicators to support data-driven decision-making. Participation in automation projects and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to drive operational excellence. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Industrial Engineering students and/or related fields. * Prior experience in similar roles is desirable. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and process improvement (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Six Sigma). * Knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement (ISO 9001\). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bizagi, Power BI (desirable). * Competencies: effective communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and dynamism. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode in Villa El Salvador.
