Contract Manager

Description

Position Summary: End-to-end management of goods and services contracts, ensuring their execution, compliance with contractual terms, and risk mitigation. Key Highlights: 1. Cross-functional coordination with user areas, finance, and legal. 2. Contract lifecycle management and compliance monitoring. 3. Leading the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement in contracting. Mission: To comprehensively manage and control goods and services contracts, ensuring proper execution, adherence to contractual conditions, and mitigation of legal and financial risks. * Coordinate cross-functionally with user areas, finance, and external legal counsel, providing comprehensive support in reviewing and managing contractual documentation (addenda, amendments, and deliverables), and ensuring timely follow-up on internal requests with efficient response times. * Manage contract execution throughout its entire lifecycle, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and financial terms through monitoring and implementation of controls that identify deviations, non-compliance, penalties, and contractual contingencies. * Implement and manage contract management KPIs, driving automation and systematization of processes to ensure efficient validation of deliverables, valuations, and payment requests per the active contract, as well as timely identification and alerting of contractual risks, automatic renewals, and material breaches. * Coordinate cross-functionally with user areas, finance, logistics, and legal counsel, ensuring alignment of requirements, contractual terms, and operational compliance. Act as the liaison point between internal stakeholders and suppliers, facilitating communication and timely resolution of contractual incidents, and actively participating in follow-up meetings to promote collaborative agreements and decisions aligned with the contract. * Provide technical support and training to teams and user areas on contractual management topics—including procedures, critical clauses, and regulatory compliance—with the objective of strengthening capabilities and preventing risks. * Lead the implementation of best practices in contract management, driving continuous improvement, process standardization, and timely resolution of contractual deviations. Requirements: * Degree in Law or Industrial Engineering. * Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. * Advanced English language proficiency. * Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end contract management, including contractual control and monitoring.
