We are currently looking for: CONTROLLER / OPERATIONAL CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT WHAT WILL MY RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Prepare and update operational reporting for various campaigns and services. * Conduct operational cut-offs and generate information for operational tracking. * Prepare and send daily and weekly reports to clients and internal departments. * Load, update, and maintain operational databases. * Create and manage campaigns in CRM according to operational needs. * Monitor management indicators (KPIs), productivity, and goal achievement. * Review goal and campaign compliance. * Analyze metrics and identify trends and improvement opportunities. * Detect deviations in key operational indicators. * Follow up on operational incidents and perform necessary coordination. * Update and maintain automated reporting in Business Intelligence tools. * Perform data loading and updating in **MySQL and Power BI**. * Adapt tables, structures, and formats required for dashboard creation. * Validate data quality and consistency prior to loading and processing. * Manage reporting for multiple clients and different platform instances. * Support implementation and configuration of new campaigns. * Assist in field validation and maintenance of the data dictionary. * Document processes and maintain backups of information databases. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS MUST I MEET? * Intermediate-level **Excel** proficiency, including pivot tables and Power Query. * Basic knowledge of **database languages**. MySQL experience preferred. * Basic knowledge of **Power BI**. DAX experience preferred. * Basic understanding of **ETL processes**. * Basic knowledge of **CRM** (preferred). * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools such as **ChatGPT or Claude**, applied to work tasks. * Ability to handle and analyze information from multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. * Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining data quality. * Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
