At **Onyx Talent Management**, we are looking for an **IT Coordinator** for a real estate sector company. · Work Mode: 100% on-site · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. · Work Location: Miraflores, Lima · Availability for nationwide travel **Job Objective** Plan, implement, and ensure the company's operational continuity, technological security, and evolution, guaranteeing that infrastructure, systems, and applications efficiently support real estate and construction projects nationwide. You will be responsible for leading the technological strategy, driving process digitalization, and coordinating external vendors and teams for developing technology solutions oriented toward both customers and internal operations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. * Specialization in Artificial Intelligence (desirable). * 5 years of experience in IT development and support. * Experience in system implementation and application development. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Availability for nationwide site visits. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure maintenance, proper operation, and security of the technological infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications) across all offices and construction sites. * Administer and supervise servers, corporate accounts (Outlook), CRM, internal systems, connectivity, and internet, ensuring availability and operational continuity. * Lead the development, implementation, and deployment of proprietary enterprise applications—from requirements gathering through to rollout. * Manage the development of the customer-facing application (first strategic project), including identifying, evaluating, and coordinating external consultants or vendors. * Provide comprehensive technical support to offices and construction sites nationwide, conducting on-site visits as required. * Implement technological improvements to optimize operational, commercial, and administrative processes, aligned with business growth. * Coordinate the hiring of temporary or specialized support for specific projects when operationally required.
