Indexum is currently seeking a **Cost Assistant** who meets the following profile: * Education: Technical or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (Cost Assistant, Management Control, or related). Experience in projects, services, or companies in the engineering, construction, or energy sectors is desirable. Knowledge: * Proficiency in cost control and budgeting tools. * Monitoring and control of cash flow. * Review, validation, and control of expense notes, expense reports, and supporting documentation. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, report management). * Basic Power BI skills. * Basic ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, or others). Responsibilities: * Support cost control and monitoring for projects. * Review and validate expense notes, ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Support the preparation and monitoring of cash flow and cost control. * Maintain up-to-date cost control reports, including dashboards. * Support accounting with requested reports. * Provide support to the contract management area.
