DATA ANALYST \- OPERATIONAL CONTROL (TOLLS) Job Description: A road infrastructure concessionaire seeks a Data Analyst (Auditor) to coordinate and conduct audits in toll collection and weighing control processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and the reliability of operational data. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate adherence to the Audit Department's procedures. Prepare reports on vehicle traffic flows, tariff collections, and detected anomalies. Review shift settlements at toll plazas and follow up on debit refunds. Report findings and anomalies to the immediate supervisor. Prepare audit reports for weight and measurement control. Report performance indicators to the Administrative Management and General Management. Support administrative tasks related to the department. Comply with internal regulations, policies, and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably in road concessions. Knowledge of auditing processes and regulations. Specialization in auditing is desirable. Cash handling and revenue collection experience. Intermediate-level Office proficiency and toll software knowledge. Competencies: Judgment and decision-making. Results orientation. Effective communication and customer service. Ability to review and analyze information. Proficiency in sampling tools. Proactivity and teamwork.
