Main Responsibilities: * Monitor compliance with service response times and work order closure. * Manage operational incidents reported by technicians or monitoring systems. * Prepare daily reports on progress, productivity, and service compliance. * Maintain constant communication with operational departments to ensure service continuity. * Identify delays or deviations in operations and coordinate corrective actions. * Supervise accurate information recording in the company’s operational systems. Requirements: * Graduate or technical professional in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **Excel** and office productivity tools. * Immediate availability – location: **Lima**.
