Communication and coordination to ensure service continuity At **FIBRATEL COM S.A.C.**, a nationwide telecommunications company, we are seeking a **DESK SUPERVISOR** to monitor adherence to service response times and work order closure times. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor adherence to service response times and work order closure times. * Manage operational incidents reported by technicians or monitoring systems. * Prepare daily progress, productivity, and service compliance reports. * Maintain constant communication with operational departments to ensure service continuity. * Identify delays or deviations in operations and coordinate corrective actions. * Supervise the accurate recording of information in the company's operational systems. Requirements: * Graduate or technical professional in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **Excel** and office productivity tools. * Immediate availability – location: **Lima**.
