At Cordaez Performance Automotriz — a company with over 25 years of experience in the automotive sector — we are looking for a Digital Marketing and Content Specialist eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of renowned brands in the market. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, create, and manage audiovisual and graphic content for social media and digital platforms. * Record, edit, and design advertising and institutional assets aligned with each brand’s identity. * Administer social media accounts and engage with the digital community. * Configure, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on digital platforms. * Analyze metrics, trends, and results to identify improvement opportunities. * Participate in planning and executing marketing strategies aimed at brand growth. * Coordinate with various company departments to generate content and track commercial initiatives. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or managing digital advertising campaigns. * Experience with Meta Ads Manager. * Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar. * Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. * Knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and AI-powered marketing tools (preferred). **WORK CONDITIONS:** * Compensation: S/1,800.00 * Comprehensive benefits * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:50 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Location: Pueblo Libre Office If you are passionate about digital marketing and content creation, and seek an opportunity to develop your talent within a solid and growing company, we invite you to join our team.
