At CasaMarket, we seek young trainees with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn, to support small businesses in their growth, organization, and digitalization. You won’t just teach technology: you’ll help change habits, motivate customers, and improve how they manage sales, processes, and basic finance. We seek young people who want to learn business by transforming businesses. Main Responsibilities - Support clients through their CasaMarket adoption process. - Encourage habit changes among small businesses. - Teach initial use of digital tools. - Monitor assigned clients. - Identify problems, questions, or usage barriers. - Help clients organize their sales and basic processes. - Learn about sales, processes, and finance of small businesses. - Support client activation and re-engagement. Ideal for students or recent graduates in: Administration, Marketing, International Business, Computer Science, Accounting, Communications, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
