Your primary challenge will be to supervise assigned manufacturing personnel and third-party work, ensuring compliance with production objectives defined by your supervisor, while guaranteeing work quality and worker safety in accordance with division-established procedures. **Day-to-day responsibilities include:** Leading and supervising internal staff and collaborating companies, ensuring proper planning, organization, and follow-up of work programs through daily control meetings. Supervising the technical execution of manufacturing activities, reporting deviations from specifications or schedules, and proposing continuous process improvements to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Efficiently managing assigned assets and resources, ensuring equipment maintenance and cost optimization through practices that prevent material and supply waste. Continuously advising and training personnel on risks associated with each activity, fostering a culture of self-care and responsible use of work tools. Preparing technical reports and periodic management reports including production progress status, anomaly investigations, and operational improvement recommendations.
